Why is FYBS needed?
How we feel in everyday moments is important to our overall emotional well-being. Doing just a little practice using simple strategies, we can experience lifts in emotions, feelings, or moods. Through FYBS, kids find strategies to help them feel their best self. Putting those strategies into practice gives them tools to carry through life.
How do you use FYBS?
Everyone can watch and discuss the video series! The series follows three puppet kids - Nico, CJ, & Mena - as they navigate everyday issues and help each other work through big feelings. Learn more about how to use FYBS.
